When a traveller contacts you through Horizon Guides, they are being connected with you deliberately.

Each enquiry is allocated to a single specialist partner who we believe is best placed to help with that trip. Unlike many travel platforms, the same request is not sent to multiple operators. The aim is to create a meaningful conversation between a traveller and someone with genuine expertise in the destination.

This approach means the enquiries you receive are not simply leads. They are introductions between travellers looking for trusted advice and specialists who know the place they want to visit.

In return, we ask partners to treat these introductions seriously. Respond promptly, answer questions thoughtfully, and approach the conversation as an opportunity to help someone plan the right trip rather than immediately trying to sell one.

The following guides explain how enquiries are allocated, how they appear in your dashboard, and how to respond effectively.
