Reviews on Horizon Guides are designed to reflect the experiences of real travellers who have interacted with you.

Unlike open review platforms where anyone can post anonymously, Horizon Guides only publishes feedback from verified travellers.

This may be after an enquiry conversation or following a completed trip. All reviews are moderated before publication to ensure they are relevant and appropriate.

Because of this approach, Horizon Guides reviews are intended to be credible reflections of real traveller experiences, rather than anonymous ratings that anyone can submit.

Independent and transparent

To maintain trust in the system, partners cannot edit or manage their reviews.

Reviews are collected and moderated by the Horizon Guides team and published independently. This ensures that feedback remains honest and that travellers can rely on it when deciding who to speak to.

Your rating

Based on your published reviews, Horizon Guides calculates an average rating out of 5.

This score is displayed on your profile alongside individual reviews, helping travellers quickly understand how others have experienced working with you.

Embedding your review widget

You can showcase your Horizon Guides reviews on your own website using the review widget provided in your dashboard.

Two versions are available:

• Light – suitable for light website backgrounds

• Dark – suitable for dark website backgrounds

Simply copy the iframe code provided and paste it into your website where you would like the review badge to appear.

Displaying your Horizon Guides reviews on your own site helps reinforce the credibility of your business and shows travellers that feedback comes from verified interactions rather than open review platforms.

Published reviews

All verified reviews appear in the Published reviews section of your dashboard.

This allows you to see how travellers have rated and described their experience working with you.
