Common questions
Do I need a paid plan to receive enquiries?
No. The Free plan gives you a complete company profile and allows travellers to contact you – 100% free of charge.
What's the difference between the Leads and Sales plans?
The toolkit is identical; the only difference is when you pay. On the Leads plan you are charged a fixed rate for every enquiry you receive. On the Sales plan you pay a commission on successful bookings. The Leads plan is more cost effective if you convert well and prefer to communicate directly with the traveller.
Can I set my own rate?
Yes. The minimum is $15 per lead or 7% per booking. You can choose to bid more for priority lead matching.
How many operators receive the same lead?
We only share each lead with one partner at a time.
How does billing work?
Monthly, in arrears. With nothing up front. You only pay for the leads or bookings that landed that month.
Can I pause a paid plan?
Yes. Email sales@horizonguides.com and we'll pause your paid listings for as long as you like.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Email sales@horizonguides.com and we'll switch or downgrade your plan, or remove your listing entirely if you wish.
